I love to buy and sell. I will ignore low ball offers, but welcome reasonable ones. If you ask for an offer and don’t follow through after I accept your offer, you will be blocked. The most precious thing in this world is time & I don’t have time to waste. I prefer not to ship out of the country (US). Make sure you’re selecting USPS for shipping. I don’t use other carriers. Also keep in mind that once I ship your item out, delays are beyond my control. Sometimes this site also has label printing issues which could delay shipping as well.
