I take this incredibly seriously. I always do my very best to package items properly and make sure everything is of high standard. That said, if there ever should be anything wrong with an order, please message me, and we will find a mutually satisfactory solution. In cases of missing puzzle pieces, I will give a full refund even if the 2 days have passed. I know puzzles can take time to complete, and I choose to trust that my buyers are being honest. Unfortunately, this is NOT something that I can offer to Polish residents.
I ship to all countries that are members of the EU. Under normal circumstances, I ship within two days. Whether it's the weekend or a weekday. I will give updates if I'm obstructed in any way.
Buy more things to get a discount. You can get up to 15% off. Just note, I don't accept offers if the 15% are reached. I also don't accept offers on things that have been uploaded recently.
