Rare and authentic Dr. Martens “Royal Mail” issue boots from October 1999, manufactured in England under official Royal Mail contract (DC/0996/03B). These are not standard retail Docs but a special production for postal workers, making them highly collectible and increasingly hard to find. Model: 8894 style industrial boot (Royal Mail issue). Made in England (pre-2003 production, before the factory move) Steel safety toe (200 J protection standard at the time, equivalent to today’s SB under EN ISO 20345). AirWair sole with oil, acid, petrol, alkali resistance. Size: UK 8 / EU 42 / US Men’s 9 Condition: Very good vintage condition – structurally solid, leather supple, soles intact. Some expected signs of age and wear.
